If you haven’t met Katie, here’s your chance to get to know a little bit about her. She’s not scared to try anything, is willing to learn, always puts her best towards everything she does (inside or outside of the gym). The last year has brought on many joys and challenges from a back injury that did not permit her to run, do pullups, jump and no heavy weights to the joy of recently getting hitched to her best friend and graduating a master’s program. She has persevered. When things does not go her way she doesn’t sit and just take it, she will make proactive changes to better the situation. She is a true inspiration!
