Am I too old to do CrossFit?
There is no such thing as too old. CrossFit is infinitely scalable and can be for anyone from the elite athlete to the senior citizen. Our programming is scaled to you and to fit your specific goals and abilities. You will learn and practice all the fundamental movements at your pace. Not too easy but not out of reach either. You should progress forward just like anybody else, maybe at a different rate, but still always progressing. Do I have to be an Elite Athlete or “that buff dude” to join?
CrossFit is universally scalable. It is NOT just for the “elite athletes” but also for the 37 year old newly divorced mother of 3, the 45 year old overweight ex-athlete, the 63 year old retired cop, the “occasional” runner, the “I fell of the fitness wagon” 3 months ago individual, the recovering couch potato, as well as the elite athlete.
I’m a girl and I don’t wanna get bulky and look like a man.
If you ask any bodybuilder, it takes a concerted effort to get as big as they do, especially for women, this is a difficult task. The major factor in gaining bulk is hormone levels and women just do not have they same level of testosterone levels that men do. In other words, in order to get big and bulky, women will have to lift heavy and lift heavy frequently, eat an extremely high caloric diet, and have an excess amount of testosterone. Our program is not for hypertrophy (creating big muscle mass) but is meant to develop strength and power output.

Our rates are actually not that expensive. Depending on your usage, it comes out in the range of $4-$8 per session, which is very reasonable for the quality of instruction you get from our coaches. It is personal training at a fraction of the cost. You just have to decide if working on yourself is worth giving up one ventilowfatsugarfreegingerbreadvanillalatte a day.
